3D SPI
We offer 3D SPI testers (Solder Paste Inspection) produced by the Saki Corporation. SPI testers are used to control the amount of the solder paste after its application and before the placement of SMD components. Our solutions are suitable for both smaller companies with offline devices and slower configuration as well as for the demanding customers requiring the most modern inline machines.
Saki´s super high-speed and high-accuracy technology for solder-paste inspection and measurement has been developed using the same proprietary hardware and software as used for 3D-AOI, and improves the production efficiency of the entire line.
